Cancellation Policy
At Nick Peacock Photography, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to reschedule or cancel your headshot session. We strive to accommodate your needs while also ensuring the efficient operation of our business. Please review our cancellation policy below:
1. Cancellation Notice:
We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for any session cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to offer your reserved time to other clients.
2. Cancellation Fees:
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of $100. This fee helps offset the cost of preparing for your session and any lost business opportunities.
3. Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on our availability.
4. No-Shows:
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled session without prior notice may be subject to a no-show fee of the full session fee.
5. Emergency Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies can occur. If you have a genuine emergency that prevents you from attending your session, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.
6. Refunds:
Cancellation fees are non-refundable. However, if you provide timely notice and wish to reschedule, we will apply your paid fees toward the rescheduled session.
